Innosafes – a brief overview
- Founded in July 2014, based in Wiehl (Germany), development, calculation, prototyping, testing, and industrial engineering on 1,500 m2. Production is located on 6,000 m2.
- Innosafes is a full-service system supplier for passive and active rollover protection systems (ROPS) for the automotive industry and covers the entire process chain (product and process development (in particular the integration of the ÜRSS into the body-in-white), calculation, FEM, validation, testing, prototyping, CNC machining, welding, assembly) including BIW integration.
- Innosafes also offers its customers various engineering services throughout the entire development process – from the initial concept idea to series production.
- We have been offering active ROPS
since 2014. - Since 2021 we are offering passive ROPS since 2021.
- We have been offering our electrically adjustable truck comfort bed since 2021.
About us
We currently have around 80 employees and, thanks to our proximity to the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Gummersbach Campus, we have access to highly qualified specialists.
