We support our customers throughout the entire development chain—from concept and design to simulation and testing to prototype construction and series development.
Roll-Over-Protection Systems
Innosafes develops and manufactures innovative rollover protection systems. For the majority of our customers, we also develop the interface to the body shell (e.g., rear wall modules) and/or integration into existing vehicle body shell structures. With our flexible modular system, we can quickly and cost-effectively develop customized solutions for a wide range of installation space, load, and functional requirements.
Rollover protection systems are divided into active extendable systems and passive rigid systems.
Why do you need a rollover protection system at all?
In the event of a vehicle rollover, the survival space for the occupants is defined by the imaginary tangent between the A-pillar and the rear of the vehicle or the existing rollover protection. If there is no rollover protection, the survival space for the occupants is reduced by the rearward sloping rollover tangent.
Active rollover protection systems have been developed to eliminate these disadvantages. These are integrated into the vehicle structure and are activated in the event of an impending rollover. With the rollover protection now activated, the rollover tangent does not form a line sloping backwards, but ideally a horizontal line.
The area below the rollover tangent now defines the improved survival space for the occupants. Rigid roll bars offer limited protection, but – restricted by the closed vehicle roof – they usually cannot achieve the optimum required height.

From the initial idea and concept to series production, we take on development tasks for safety-related components and systems.
Our particular strength lies in the combination of development, industrial engineering, project management, and in-house manufacturing. This enables us to validate concepts at an early stage, implement prototypes quickly, and verify developments in a realistic manner—including simulation, testing, and trialing.

LKW BED ELOISA®
Our ELOISA® truck bed stands for first-class comfort and ergonomic relaxation in the driver’s cab. It was specially developed to offer truck drivers the best possible relaxation during their rest and sleep phases – even on long journeys. The electrically adjustable lying surface adapts individually to the driver’s needs and provides orthopedically supported lying comfort directly in the vehicle.
The ergonomic design combines a high-quality mattress with stepless adjustability, promoting comfort and relaxation while sleeping, reading, or resting. The construction is robust and designed for long-term use in trucks. ELOISA® beds are available for various vehicle models and help both carriers and drivers counteract physical strain and increase performance on the road.
Safety Products – Modular Safety Protection Wall
Maximum security – exactly where it is needed: Innosafes’ modular protective wall system offers reliable ballistic personal protection whilst ensuring maximum flexibility in use.
Manufactured from high-strength special steel, the wall provides protection across a wide range of firing angles and guarantees a consistent level of protection – with no weak points at joints or transitions.
The solution is suitable for security-sensitive areas such as events, hotels, conferences or restricted access areas. Furthermore, applications in government and security-related fields are possible.
Thanks to our development and engineering expertise, systems can be adapted to new requirements or further developed for specific applications as needed.
